Bye Mon Ami is a German-Luxembourgish synth-pop band that will get you dancing! Since 2019, the quintet – consisting of Anya (lead vocals), Florian E. (keys, vocals), Florian B. (guitar, vocals), René (drums, percussion), and Niklas (bass) – has been dedicated to various styles of pop music. The band combines a modern sound with a few chocolate sprinkles from other musical decades like the 80s and the 2000s.

If one were to invoke musical references, Nothing But Thieves or Jamiroquai would be obvious, but that only partially describes the band. The five members were originally at home in funk, progressive, or jazz, but have left these behind to create a fresh new pop blend.

Bye Mon Ami breaks with some band conventions, both live and in the studio: The musicians deliberately forgo a conventional drum kit or physical guitar and bass amplifiers. No sound is random; all instruments are interwoven and frame Anya's vocals. In recent years, the band has released numerous singles in addition to their first EP, "Better Than Fashion," including tracks like the power ballad "Irresistible," the Latin house track "Encantar," and the indie-pop number "Old Boys."

However, since the full Bye Mon Ami fireworks only really unfold at the live concert, the only advice that remains is: Go see the band and dance!
