Monia presents her new single “Eternal Love”

The music features Hammond organ, Rhodes piano, guitars, bass flute, saxophone, and multi-part vocals. At times, the vocals are almost ethereal.

She has invited a unique guest: the American blues and soul legend Marla Glen. These two voices are so contrasting that they complement each other beautifully.

The artist, whose music has previously encompassed soul, pop, jazz, neo-soul and reggae, experienced an intense connection with herself and a special "flow" of her creativity during the pandemic.

"Sometimes I wake up in the morning with a feeling that I then describe in words. Or I wake up with a melody that gets lyrics. The lyrics come to me with such ease – it felt as if the spirit was speaking through me, like a collaboration."

The result of these inner processes and insights is reflected in the album "Essence". It's about fundamental truths, pure words straight from the heart, the feeling of inner strength, the realization of being, and the connection with everything.
