With "Red Dirt Town", the ALLEN FORRESTER BAND opens a new chapter. The band's musical roots remain firmly planted in Southern rock, blues, and Americana, influenced by pioneers and masters of the genre such as the Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Black Crowes, and Blackberry Smoke. At the same time, the band continues to develop its own sound without losing sight of its musical character. On "Red Dirt Town," the ALLEN FORRESTER BAND skillfully blends elements of modern Americana and country rock with their own distinctive style. The result is an album that, while clearly grounded in traditional roots, remains open to new sonic textures. This same philosophy also guided the production: warm, organic sounds with a vintage feel, executed with a modern approach.
