The album is essentially a continuation of the 2012 album CELLOSOPHY. It's about exploring whether it's possible to create an entire album of atmospheric, almost film-score-like pieces with a classical cello as the focal point, without losing the tension; to create an album in the so-called New Classic style without falling into the arbitrariness and clichés often found in this genre. Christoph Schenker played all cellos, pianos and basses himself, and DOMINIQUE GAGA EHLERT contributed the drums. The song "VÖGLEIN" (Village Bird), the only vocal piece, forms an island. Franziska Hudl wrote the lyrics to music by Christoph Schenker, and she also sings it herself. Liselotte Schenker can be heard on the piano. The renowned music producer MICHAEL VAJNA, who is best known as the musical head of his band MALKY, was brought on board to produce the album. Vajna wove a soundscape for each of Moviestar's pieces, often using the medium of slight to stark distortion of the cello's natural tone and that of the other instruments. Occasionally, he even intervened in Schenker's compositions; there was a lively exchange between the two and great mutual inspiration.
