DRAIN DOWN was founded in Freiburg in January 2018 and entered the studio in November 2018 to release the first sign of life in the form of an EP in the metal scene.
The meaning of the name is due to the development of society.
DRAIN DOWN's roots lie in thrash metal and have been refined with a pinch of hardcore and punk.

The Exploited are on a 10-country European tour. They've also performed concerts supporting Agnostic Front and GBH, among others.
The full-length debut album “Defiance” was produced in summer 2020 and will be released on March 26, 2021 via Timezone Records.
