“We in Germany can be truly proud to produce such musicians!” Dieter Bohlen’s unusually warm words to Dry Dudes during the TV recording of Supertalent ignited the next stage in the band’s still young history.
In general, 2018 will be a very fond memory for the Dry Dudes: In the spring, their second album “Memories” was released (accompanied by an extensive live tour throughout Germany), and after their acclaimed performance on RTL’s Saturday evening show “Das Supertalent” (3 x YES from Sylvie Meis, Bruce Darnell and Dieter Bohlen) in front of an audience of millions, Erwin and Patrick managed to double their fan base within a few hours.
Now the two friends from the beautiful Emsland region are following up with their new single, "What Did I Do Wrong?" Just in time for the holidays, the Dry Dudes are celebrating the almost-completed year with a soulful ballad, presented in four exclusive versions on this release. Alongside Tobi Schneider from Osnabrück's DocMaKlang, Hamburg producer Bernd Klimpel (Sarah Connor, Fady Maalouf, Haudegen, etc.) also contributed the atmospheric Starshine version.
