The original compositions reflect moods with elements of modern jazz paired with classical influences, while the arrangements have a lively, original touch with various jazz elements that transform the well-known standards into a surprising listening experience. All tracks are characterized by a personal, youthful, yet complex harmonic and rhythmic structure. All three musicians grew up with different styles and have gained experience in various music projects from classical to jazz. “Homemade” was recorded in the trio’s private historic walls and not only gave the album its title but also underlines the personal mood of this music.
