Good Fortune - Stories Untold (CD)

Good Fortune is a band from Gütersloh (Germany). Their musical style can best be described as rock, although they draw influences from many other musical genres, such as funk, metal, reggae, and jazz.
The band was formed in mid-2020 during the coronavirus pandemic by guitarist Luke Pitch, drummer Johnny Biermann, and singer Maddy N, who also played bass at the time. The current lineup has existed since late 2021, when bassist Keith Louis joined Good Fortune. Since then, singer Maddy N. has been able to focus more on vocals and audience interaction. Some of the band's performances since then have also attracted press attention, such as the "Glocke" (a German magazine).
In October 2022, Good Fortune entered the studio to record their EP "Power Games," which was completed in December of the same year. After signing a deal with Timezone Records, the band released the EP song by song over five months in 2023. The track "Ballads Of Lieal" included a music video produced in collaboration with a local film studio. By this time, the band was already back in the studio recording their first studio album, "Stories Untold," which will be released on August 02.08.2024, 2024. However, the first Good Fortune release of XNUMX is the single "A Conscious Fall," released in March.
