"We're not really important – but without us the world stands still," reads a line from the title track "Normale Leute" (Normal People) from Harald Pons & Nah Dran's current album. After Harald Pons toured solo in 2021 with the CD "Wo kommen wir denn da hin" (Where are we going to go), Harald Pons & Nah Dran's third CD will be released on February 24.02.2023, 2013, following releases in 2018 and 3. The band has once again taken care to preserve the live character of the recording and arrangement of the tracks. Thoughtful, sometimes quirky lyrics characterize the 11 tracks, which cover all the musical styles that can also be heard live in the band's live performance, from rap to folk to rock. "Red Bull is superglue for the liver" from the song "Time heals all wounds" is just as funny as the line "Save the fools from every jail just because you don't like a joke" screams into the poetry album of all those who want to lock up our freedom. By the way, anyone who thinks women over 60 are no longer attractive should definitely listen to "Super Sexy Oma." It's encouraging. The prospect of "Palm Trees in Greenland" is less so, though.
