Jonah Gold And His Silver Apples - Pollute The Airwaves (12" Vinyl-Album)

Be warned, the effect of these poisonous apples would probably be too harsh even for Snow White's stepmother: a devious mixture of radioactive R'n'B and rattling rock'n'roll, noisy blues and Neanderthal beat.
Their self-produced single "Thrillkillhillbillyrhythm / Synthetic Sunshine" was confiscated and melted down by the police, then seeped through the Earth's core, came out the other side, and has been extremely popular in Guangdong ever since.
And now these four forbidden fruits are back to unleash their first album, "Pollute the Airwaves," on you. From the introduction with blues-punk godfather Rob Kennedy (of Workdogs, among others) to the final track, "I Want It Back," every song is a killer that will blow your brains out and rip your guts out!
The album was recorded live, analog and in a single weekend at El Monte Studios Dortmund, mixed by Bart El Monte (Elvis Pummel, Fuzztones etc.) and mastered by Crypt Records head Tim Warren.
The result is a primitive low-fi recording with minimal overdubs and maximum overdrive.
