From early childhood, Josel was interested in everything related to music, initially playing drums and later adding guitar, bass, and percussion. In 2003, he discovered his passion for flamenco guitar and took lessons in Spain and Germany from renowned guitarists such as Miguel Ángel Cortés, José Manuel León, Gerardo Nuñez, and many more. From 2007 to 2011, he accompanied the dance classes of the Sevillian dancer Irene Álvarez, learning how to accompany both dance and vocals.
Today he is one of the most sought-after guitarists in the German flamenco scene.
His performances take him to London, Italy, Poland, and Germany. In recent years, Josel has been strongly influenced by the artists Dani de Morón, Arcángel, and Tino van der Sman through their masterclasses.
