For years, Kai Olaf has been touring the country with his guitar and his own songs, gaining an ever-growing audience. It's this blend of self-deprecating, fun songs and yearning ballads that has earned him widespread sympathy and victories in over a dozen song slams. It's this blend that has landed him both writing lyrics for Nino de Angelo and making it to the television finals of the NDR Comedy Contest. And it's thanks, not least, to his keen sense for entertainment and his vocal qualities that he has now secured a solid reputation in the German songwriting scene. Requests for a CD grew louder, so Kai Olaf released it as a live double album. It contains the songs his audience most requested.
