Killing Age – These are modern thrash metal riffs mixed with driving stoner grooves and a brutal whiskey blast. Main influences are 90s thrash bands like Pantera and Machine Head, as well as the sludge metal of Down and Crowbar. Since 2009, the band has been touring tirelessly from one stage to the next, becoming a fixture in the German metal scene. Highlights have included supporting Hellyeah and Ektomorf on their Black Flag Tour, as well as festival appearances at the Kaltenbach Open Air (Austria) and the Riverside Festival in Esslingen. In total, they have played almost 150 shows in Germany and many other countries. In 2017, Killing Age presented a new lineup. Jannik Seeg replaced Gregor Bös on drums, and Max Heimerdinger replaced Okay Kinavli on guitar. A second guitarist, Alex Wolf, was also brought on board to give Killing Age's live powerhouse even more power.
