After a long search for meaning and two abandoned courses of study, it was the turbulent and eventful year of 2017 that finally confronted Linus Cuno with the unavoidable yet long-suppressed question: Where do you want to go in life? It was time to face his fears. Time to give the music that had long been bubbling inside him a chance. And how this music bubbling: Inspired by life's big questions on the one hand and musical greats like Stevie Wonder, Nina Simone, Queen, and Elton John on the other, the artist wrote over 20 songs within a few months that had seemingly been waiting for this moment for a long time.
Following the release of his R&B and trap-inspired single "What is it with Love" in March 2019, Linus Cuno is now releasing his debut album "The Art of Life." The album's musical style is soul/pop, but also shows influences from R&B, rock, and gospel. There's no monotony with Linus Cuno: "The Art of Life" features danceable upbeat numbers as well as melancholic ballads. "The Art of Life" is Linus Cuno's program: In addition to composing and writing lyrics for his songs, the Upper Franconian native devotes himself to painting. The artist creates both album artwork and music videos himself.
