Marceese - 100,000 Years (CD)
Since 2013, Berlin folk singer Marceese has released a new KISS tribute album every year, and this year is no different: "100,000 Years" is the sixth of a total of 12 planned albums. His goal: to re-record all of the band's songs from their masked period from 1973 to 80.
It sounds as rough and dirty as ever, but considerably rockier than the folky previous albums. It sounds like everything but KISS. Thus, this album is not only an exciting treat for die-hard KISS fans, but also presents itself as a diverse rock album.
