The Phil Collins for softies, the illegitimate son of the Pet Shop Boys, the Flash Gordon of Saxony-Anhalt, or simply: Ingmar Schulze, aka "Nineteen Eighty." Who's behind it? A guy with sunglasses, wearing a caftan, dancing in his caravan and on the lawn, making grand gestures of love? This guy sticks in your mind!
The gifted drummer, music teacher, composer, pop musician, and aesthete finally wants to conquer the pop world. To do so, he needs only two things: his keytar from a galaxy far, far away, and himself. With his debut album, "Big Love Is Waiting," the Haldensleben native presents ten powerful songs with stylish sounds, terrific hooks, and a queer '80s attitude that are truly impressive.
His goal: to land a radio hit so he can finally raise the money to establish a love cult on a farm. He then plans to work as a guru there for the rest of his life.
