German rock singer/songwriter Peter Volland presents his second solo album, DEEP BLACK WATER. Currently, the album tells 10 personal life stories, reflected in the theme of the sea and water. The two cover songs "Ain't No Sunshine" and "Child In Time" are equally well-produced, with the latter offering a surprising version dominated by acoustic guitar and saxophone. A first for the multiple music award winner, however, are two original rock songs in German.
