With their new album, Plückhahn & Vogel present selected highlights from their stage programs from the past 20 years. The songs recorded at the anniversary concert on March 16, 2023, in Potsdam's Lindenpark are consistently pure and can withstand any kind of rinsing. This applies to the legendary wall unit on the sandy beach as well as to the geographical scope of this album, which extends far beyond the Walsrode-Pasewalk Bird Park. The path sometimes leads to more controversial regions of this planet, which ultimately have to be developed for tourism somehow. And the wrong approach to classical literature can also lead to anxieties that are in no way inferior to the fear of dangerous friends and the never-sleeping competition. Singer/songwriter Dietrich Plückhahn and pianist Daniel Vogel, along with drummer Andi Bühler, form a trio on this album, bringing the sharply edged, satirical songs to life in a highly energetic way.
