In 2021, Rodeo from the Basque Country became a household name in their home country. They were invited to Spain's biggest showcase, BIME (Bilbao 2021), and will perform at Eurosonic Norderslag, Europe's biggest showcase, in 2022.
The band has been working on their stoner rock sound since 2014. Influences like Kyuss or Red Fang do not stop the band from singing exclusively in the local language Euskara.
Following their debut in 2017, they released another EP, and shortly before the pandemic, they released their second studio album, Dilmun. In 2021, the band released two standalone singles. Following the first album release, "Therion," their third album, "Moira," will follow in March 2022. In addition to the usual streaming and download platforms, the album will be available on CD and vinyl.
