There has probably never been a time when there was more judgment about good and evil than today. Everyone claims to be able to distinguish between the two—but they are far from unanimous.
With their concept album 'Black,' Scintilla Anima paints an artistic oeuvre about good and evil, as well as their connections and contradictions, into the minds of their listeners. With their 'Wall of Dark Sound,' the Düsseldorf band, led by Muse Trinity, produces music that ranges from pop to new wave to avant-garde – fittingly, the theme of the album 'Black,' and sometimes contradictory.
The single 'Awake' entered the German Alternative Charts (DAC) without any support from major labels or promotional agencies and even reached number 7 in the top ten.
The follow-up, 'Emptiness of Black,' seamlessly follows this wake-up call, thanks in part to prominent support from Olaf Wollschläger (Unheilig, And One, Mesh). The band has performed live shows with major artists such as Ost+Front, Stoneman, Grausame Töchter, and Clan Of Xymox.
