Of course, the band name almost logically brings to mind the slightly bitter form of delicious chocolate. However, the songs of the Döbeln-based band, whose second album, "Hier und Jetzt," will be available from April 7, are no less delicious. In their twelve songs, the quintet takes us on an emotional journey through the world of music. Whether powerful riffs or lighter tones, whether melancholic or joyful lyrics: ZARTBITTER explores current everyday topics in their songs and manages to create a unique atmosphere with their melodies and Robin Blümel's unique voice. The current album is far more rock-oriented than their debut album—and that's a good thing! To put it bluntly: The album “Here and Now” is a declaration of love for life and all the challenges it brings with it. A German rock album that doesn't shy away from hip hop influences ("Mentale Katastrophe" together with Speche) or particularly sensitive tones ("Der letzte Vorhang" in a duet with Isabell) and sets a bold exclamation mark from the first to the last note.
